4.3 · 119 reviewsNice facility and staff but haven’t had anyone communicate with me about my loved ones progression plan of care or estimated time of release. Admission and payment arrangements were not coordinated properly. And there were some difficulty getting the transfer into the facility.
We have visited Assist building. The building structure, service, program was excellent and people in their were all looked happy and joyful. The experience became more special with great tour guided by Brenda. Her explanation were full of information and joy. Really great experience and hope our parents will love it as well.
I have been in Freedom Pointe Rehab for almost 3 weeks now and I can not express enough what a kind, caring, compassionate, helpful staff they have. The activities ladies Cassie and Sue arrange for a wide variety of activities. The nurses all of them have been so nice to me. The aids are so helpful in any needs you may have. The therapists are outstanding in helping me with all the tools I need to go home and be successful. Even the housekeeping staff are friendly and nice to me. Thank you so much for employing such a wonderful staff. This was my 2nd stay here and I would choose Freedom…

There are many communities in the Villages area. This community in particular in there Assisted Living section made things so welcoming. I am going through a big transition in life right now. From the time I walked through the doors I felt at home. I was greeted by the staff at the front and accommodated right away. I explained to them what I was there for. I sat down in there nice living room area while I waited a few minutes and was greeted by Niccole. She was very attentive to me and was with me the whole step of the way she made me feel very comfortable and at home. Once we finished the tour we went to her office to meet Terry over nursing to meet with me. He answered all my questions made me feel accepted and helped me answer my questions to make it an easier transition. Niccole and I finished the rest of the tour. While on the tour as well the staff out on the floor was welcoming talkative as well. I felt like it was home. Freedom Pointe you have one amazing person Niccole and Terry though that work well together and also make you feel like your at home. I couldn’t have felt the sigh of relief that I did when I left there today. These two people deserve accolades and angels to them. I will feel welcome here and transition well. Thank you for making this as easy as possible for me I wouldn’t know where to have started or what to do but this was warming and welcoming!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!
My husband is in Freedom Pointe rehab in the villages, recovering from a broken hip. I don’t know how Medicare ranks their facilities, but I must say this one is superior to some of the 5-star rated ones here in TV! The facilities are comfortable and inviting, the staff is caring and the kitchen is amazingly accommodating (good food, too!)! Lots of activities available for those who can and want to participate. Is everything perfect? Of course not, but this Team is working hard on it!!
I came here for rehab. I highly recommend coming here. The staff were amazing and the place truly made me feel comfortable during time here.
We moved in six months ago. We were pretty sure we would like the facility and the lifestyle. However, we were surprised that we like it better than anticipated. When you move into a facility with 330 other residents you can expect to make compromises. The compromises we’ve had to make have been negligible. What a blessing that we’ve found our forever home.
January 2025 I was at Freedom Point in the villages, FL for rehab & to gain my strength. Nomatter what the work load, the Administration, Nurses ,CNA, Kitchen ,Activities, Laundry,,& Aĺl Caregivers ,P.T. they ALL make you feel special. Go to Freedom Pointe " Seriously they R the BEST! 👍 " *I have been in others 👎
