The facility itself was pretty run down on the exterior and the landscaping was ugly . But [name removed] had a private room and a half…”

The chef , manager was very helpful and fed the residents well . The facility itself was pretty run down on the exterior and the landscaping was ugly . But [name removed] had a private room and a half bath off his bedroom which was nice. [name removed] moved out and went to live with his son in New York . It’s not working out for him. Guess he didn’t know how good he had it there at Fort Myers Independent living facility .
Fort Myers has no management, poor quality and poor food quality. No TV for the last 2 months, they have general maintenance and bedbugs. I am seeking for a new place to live
I picked this community because it was the only affordable place.We can afford it and if we need to call for help for medicines and personal intimate items. Place is clean, cereal for breakfast,no lunch and dinner. Place is clean and owners of site are amazing.

I liked Fort Myers Independent Living. I thought it was pleasant and clean. The staff seemed to be nice and helpful. The apartments were adequate and would have met my needs. Their dining area also looked nice.
Great enviroment, clean friedly and totally a place to consider for the family that needs housing at a fair and reasonable price. Would think this is the perfect place for a family member who is independent and able to take their own meds. I am considering this place strongly for my Dad.
This facility has all of the things we need but it not very nice. It smells funny and needs upgrades for sure. It is in our price range but not a favorite.
