Elevated Estates Forest Oaks in Spring Hill provides assisted living and memory care in a quiet, comfortable setting. The facility has pleasant common areas, organized activities, meals, and different levels of assistance based on each resident’s needs. Many staff members appear caring and patient, which is especially important for residents who require memory support. However, communication between the staff and families could be more consistent, particularly regarding changes in a resident’s care, medication, meals, or daily routine. Staffing levels also seem to affect how quickly residents receive assistance during busier periods. The quality and variety of the meals could use some improvement as well. Overall, Forest Oaks offers several valuable services and has employees who genuinely care, but stronger communication, more consistent staffing, and closer attention to individual residents would make families feel more confident about the care being provided.

Forest Oaks is a wonderful place filled with kind and caring people. When my family member moved here, they were welcomed and treated with love, respect, and compassion from day one. The management and staff are always attentive, friendly, and willing to help. I’m very happy with the care they provide and would definitely recommend Forest Oaks to other families.

If I could give negative stars, this place would get -infinity. My dad was placed here, and my mother and I were promised that he would be treated with kindness, compassion, and dignity. The nurses were kind, however communication was SEVERELY lacking and the administration was awful. We were told they do not invoice, or give receipts for payments made. Money was taken out after my father left, even though automatic payments were not set up or approved. Calls and emails to staff go unanswered, and no one can give us a straight answer about anything regarding my father’s care while he was there. Avoid this place at all costs!
So very glad to have an alternative to nursing homes . Mom is a resident there since January. At 91 to have a caring elder community and it’s not just me grateful for her safety and well being she’s genuinely happy. She says food is very good too. Staff is awesome and always so very helpful. It’s just one big happy family.
I visited Elevated Estates on 4-23-26. It is a lovely establishment with a park like setting. The interior and the people at the reception desk were very welcoming. I was fortunate that Jennifer Cavaliere the executive director was willing to see me on extremely short notice. Jennifer listened intently to my situation with the lady I have cared for over the course of 12 years and her needing more advanced help than I can offer. Jennifer assured me that she would be well cared for and live an engaging life, not one of where she will be left not included but rather encouraged to participate and keep moving, that there were many activities and events. In addition, Jennifer discussed finance and the price is very affordable in a time when long term health care can be very costly. That she could promise that this price would be inclusive and not variable with multiple add on expenses over time, only made the process of finding accommodations for my friend a major relief…and manageable. I cannot recommend this facility more highly. Last, I want to thank Jennifer-whole heartedly for being a great help. Sincerely Holly Noel

This is a great place for seniors! The caregivers are very friendly and always willing to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who live there. The atmosphere feels warm and safe, and it really feels like a home. I’m very happy with the care and would definitely recommend it to others.
