Elyssa even helped us find movers. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the staff so accommodating. The residents at the pointe have been so welcoming . Everything is so clean and running like a well oiled ship .
My family recently visited The Pointe at Boca Raton to see the assisted living for a relative. We were very impressed with their services and pricing and most likely they will be our first choice when we are ready to make a move.
My father lives at The Pointe in Boca Raton. He is 101 years old and accidentally caused a fire at his apartment there. Thankfully, he is fine but as you can imagine, the experience has been traumatizing for all. I live out of state and while I've been trying to handle things on my end, I have been so incredibly relieved to know that both Pauline Lawson and Juana Pena Ubierra have been there to assist him. My father lives at The Pointe in Boca Raton. He is 101 years old and accidentally caused a fire at his apartment there. Thankfully, he is fine but as you can imagine, the experience has been traumatizing for all. I live out of state and while I've been trying to handle things on my end, I have been so incredibly relieved to know that both Pauline Lawson and Juana Pena Ubierra have been there to assist him. Juana has truly gone above and beyond. She has called and checked in with both my father and me every single day, offering not only help but genuine kindness, comfort, and reassurance. She is so much more than an employee—she is an exceptionally compassionate and caring person who treats my father as though he were a member of her own family. Her warmth, dedication, and generosity of spirit have meant more to us than I can adequately express. My family and I are grateful for everything Juana has done. Her support during this challenging time has made an immeasurable difference, and we will never forget her kindness.

The Pointe at Boca Raton is a clean, well-managed Independent Living Facility with terrific staff and great amenities. My elderly parents have just moved in and the residents and the staff have been warm and welcoming. It's only a few days, but we think this is a perfect fit. The activities, the layout, the opportunities for socialization are all just what you would want for an elderly couple who should not be living on their own any more. We could not be happier.
A great move on my part moving here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stay busy with the many activities that happen daily. The facility is spacious, clean and well maintained. Food is good with lots of options. I could go on, but just let me say, I'm happy I moved here. .

The community at The Pointe at Boca Raton offers older adults a vibrant, supportive environment, highlighted by a warm and welcoming entryway with a friendly, attentive staff that fosters a true sense of home and connection as evidenced by my recent attendance as a vendor/Nurse Researcher from Florida Atlantic University at their health fair where their commitment to resident and community wellness was clearly on display.
