Garden Homes are condominium units in two-story buildings along Cicerone Street and Osorio Court. Each is described with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, a screened lanai, and a private garage. Legacy Estates is a separately gated section off Honore Avenue that connects to the main community. Its single-family homes sit on larger lots and range from about 2,800 square feet to more than 4,700 square feet. Some have larger garages, expanded outdoor living areas, or private pools. Legacy Estates residents have access to Esplanade’s amenities and programming.
