3.2 · 104 reviewsI visited my friend Donna who has been here for about 3 years and she’s really happy with this place. I enjoyed the sandwich I ate, we don’t get that type of bread. I was shocked at all the fresh fruit they had available for dessert. I am from another facility in the area and they don’t have as many activities as they have here nor as good of food. The atmosphere is very conducive to recovery. We have the same doctor visit our place, Elty Chirolde, he helped me with my blood pressure.
I am a resident here as of this month and I came from Midtown this place is night and days better than what Midtown was. The rooms are immaculate and huge. The food is excellent. The people that work here are super super nice and I am so happy I found this place.
My boyfriend Mark who has Parkinson's was walking past emerald Park and was feeling ill. He was feeling dizzy and as if he was going to pass out. He went into emerald Park and they gave him an ice pack some water told him to sit down and he made it home safe thanks to them..

I just met with Abe and had a tour. This facility is older, but it was clean and they have been making updates to it. The staff interactions were all upbeat, and all the clients seemed happy and content. Abe was very upbeat and positive, and he spoke with all the clients we encountered. His enthusiasm was infectious. I think you should give this new management team and the facility a chance.
My mother has stage 4 colon cancer, and she has been through two nursing homes and one ALF before this one. Out of every place she has stayed, Emerald Park is the first where she finally feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. She is happier here than anywhere else she has been. We are grateful for the staff and the environment they provide. Five stars from both of us
Very nice atmosphere and I enjoy all the activities. Workers are very friendly.
I am very pleased with my sister's care at Emerald Park. Ever since Ayana and Q has come on board. Things have drastically improved. I can't praise Q enough. She goes out of her way to make each resident feel important. Thank you Ayana and Q for taking such great care of my sister Kelly.
This place looks abandoned honestly...I wouldn't put my homeless kitty in this facility!!! The outside looks like a dump, mold on walls, wood holding up outside fence walls, blue tape, trash, the back of the bldg looks awful, idk what happened to this place the upkeep is horrific, how are they in business with a review 2.9 on google
