The rooms are fine and easy to get around even in a wheelchair. My mom does not have a problem. The food is good and staff is caring. They have activities for their residents like play bingo,scrabble, exercise time,and uno. You could get some fresh air and some sun if you choose. The staff makes you feel comfortable and caring so this is the place to be in. Great job to all staff and management and I especially don't have to worry about mom I know she's being taking care of.
Elite at Cape Coral. I just want everyone to know how wonderful they operate at Elite. The whole staff have been absolutely wonderful from day one they are kind ancourteous and attention to detail. From Meridith the E.D. Front desk. Kitchen staff. Maintenance. Medical staff. One employ that has kept me informed about my father and his needs her name is Sasha she is absolutely wonderful. Our mother lived at the Elite for about 3 years, during that time she received exceptional care from the Elite staff. She felt safe and grew to love the staff members. We visited her everyday and we also grew to love the staff, as they were always so kind and helpful. We'd like to do a shout out for Sasha, Lisa, Mary, Gloria and Donna! These women went above and beyond for mom. We are forever grateful.
Meredith and her whole team provide five star care. I really appreciate all the little things they do to help out the families and the guests. I feel like they are angels. Would definitely recommend.
I searched for an assisted living facility for over 4 months, every time I go to one the people and staff never seem to be happy, and I went to over 30 places. I needed to find the right one for my Aunt I was thinking it was a lost cause, Until I found the Elite from the minute, I arrived to the time that I left I know it was the right place the staff between Meredith and at the time Jasmine and the kitchen staff and the other directors I know I found a home. My aunt has never been happier and I couldn’t be happier with the care that she gets at this assisted living. When my mother was diagnosed with dementia, I knew I had to find a place that had good memory care and I now have her in the elite Naples. Jasmine and the staff over in Naples couldn’t be better than any other place mom and her sister are both in places that I can call home. I wouldn’t mind being there myself.
The entire staff at Elite are very caring people. They look after my mom and offer her creative options to keep her mind active. They also keep tabs on her physical needs. If I have questions or concerns Merideth is always available to assist. Lisa is also great with my mom. I am always pleased when Lisa is in the building. Thank you to all the staff at Elite.
Elite Assisted Living has truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we first visited, we were impressed by the warm and inviting environment, but what has made the biggest impact is the extraordinary care provided by the staff—especially Meredith. Meredith is the heart and soul of this facility. Her compassion and dedication shine through in every interaction. She has a remarkable ability to make each resident feel special and cared for. However it doesn't end with her, the whole staff has been extraordinary in the care of our loved one!! Thank you Elite staff for all you do for your residents!
