I have toured the facility and I have nothing but all impressed. In the heart of new port richey? Cannot beat the location. I encourage everyone to see their facility and their capabilities. And they will take variety of payment sources. Angelo is your guy. And he’ll take care of the rest.
You walk in and the concierge greets you with the most cheerful and welcoming hello. As you make your way around the facility you will notice the cleanliness throughout the building, extremely friendly staff from concierge to the kitchen, aides and nurses to activities and some awesome additions like the beautiful birds they have on the first floor. They provide A+ care and spend time with their residents.

Nothing elevated about Elevated Estates. Nice exterior. Drab hallways, and miniscule patient rooms. No amenities. No staff present at all on weekends. Found my spouse uncared for, caught in the bars of the bed, and hysterical on the first day I visited. No one attending her. Her door had been shut. Called loudly for help. No response from anyone. It was Saturday. No one in charge! This place needs much further evaluation from authorities. Food with little nutritional value. Please pass this place up, if you are considering it.
This one of a kind building is the perfect setting for any senior both AL and especially memory care! Any memory care resident who lives here has the best setting to promote independence and freedom while still maintaining their safety. The care is beyond compare. They really love on their residents with all of their heart.
