2.3 · 4 reviewsThis place is a disgrace! The staff are rude the food is disgusting the place is filthy and disgusting. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS HERE. YOU CAN WALK IN AND SEE THE FEW NURSES JUST SITTING AROUND WHILE YOUR LOVED ONES ARE IGNORED. This place needs to be shut down.
Rooms ok, Food always late only ok staff shortage changes weekly. Management also bad as new ownership has taken over. Going down hill on 2nd director sence Eagleridge ownership and he is leaving bad ownership
I am not happy yet with Eagleridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Trying to get the staff to answer questions or do what mom needs to is not the easiest thing. I think the floors could be cleaner. The food looks good, but mom doesn't eat it. They do bingo three times a week, which is what she likes to do, and they have a few other things. So, there is something for her to do, but she needs a lift to get her out of bed and unless you're there to tell them to get her out of the bed, they don't always do it. There's no progress with therapy. They need to be more attentive to their patients.…

I am not happy yet with Eagleridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Trying to get the staff to answer questions or do what mom needs to is not the easiest thing. I think the floors could be cleaner. So, there is something for her to do, but she needs a lift to get her out of bed and unless you're there to tell them to get her out of the bed, they don't always do it. There's no progress with therapy. They need to be more attentive to their patients. They need to be more readily available to assist if I have questions. Like the other day, I was there for 3 hours and the person never showed up to find out what my problem was or anything like that. Then after I got home, she called me.
