2.9 · 57 reviewsI'm a bit of an expert about nursing homes, having been a gimp since my '05 motorcycle crash. Been in dozens of these places, raging from the horrific to the mediocre. I've only been here for about a week, but so far, this place is exceptional. I was greeted with genuine warmth, the staff is invariably kind and helpful, and the food is the best I've ever had in a nursing home. If things continue as they have been, this is the best nursing home I've been in, and by a considerable margin at that.
Under new ownership and the building is starting to look great.
I had my grandparent there, he loved the place. The staff are friendly, the other residents are friendly and I can only say good things

And please eagle lake do not text me back, I know you have nothing else to do except argue with people that give you bad ratings for no point wasting your time texting me when you should be taking care of my daughter and all the other patients.
This is an absolutely disgusting and horrible facility. There are some great employees and some awful ones. Upper management is an absolute joke! Do not bring your loved ones here and do not work here if you value your license!!! These patients are treated sub par and the facility itself is dirty and disgusting. I wouldn’t bring my dog here!!! In Response: I am not sure what “dismissal” you are referring to? I was never a facility employee. I worked there through agency and the only thing that kept me coming back was bc you paid well enough. Which you basically had to and It most certainly would not have been a good “relationship”. Especially when you lie to the Board of Nursing. Very unprofessional. You all are an absolute joke and should be ashamed at yourself for how you treat staff and patients alike! I did nothing but speak the truth! Just makes me sad for the patients there. They are someone’s loved one and deserve to be treated with so much more respect and dignity. I also saw you replying to other comments about how dirty the facility is. If you consider that clean, I would hate to see what your home looks like!!! Floors are sticky, water leaking in everywhere, crap all over the floors and walls, and bugs everywhere! I get this is Florida and you may get a bug here or there but the bugs in that building are ridiculous!!!
WORST FACILITY EVER , has bugs , poor management , racist & pay doesnt account for the amount of work . nursing doesn’t attend to patients , cna don’t answer call lights etc . don’t bring your family member here!
