Del Webb Naples- 55+ Retirement Community

We are extremely pleased to have just moved to Del Webb, Naples community in our STELLAR model home, which we bought as a SPEC home. It is beautiful with many options we love, including the two-tone kitchen with large, beautiful quartz island, zero-corner sliding glass doors in great room/dining and master bath walk-in shower with beautiful tile! The mini-bar, hardware upgrades, large kitchen pantry and not to mention the large master closet all contribute to this exquisite home! Beautiful sunset views in our backyard overlooking the lake top it off! We can't wait to get involved in the amenities this community has to offer! Highly recommend the following: Bill Olex as your salesperson, professional, highly knowledgeable, personable and knows this community inside and out! Shout-out to JC Perez, as our construction manager, who took care of everything with attention to high-quality, is professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Karen in the sales office who is professional and friendly; answers multiple questions and has advice for new members of the community (including where to get pizza and what activities are great to get involved in!). Jeannie is a great customer care lead, professional, friendly and walks you through everything you need to know about the care of your home after closing. Using Pulte Mortgage was made easier and "almost stress-free" with the professional, "attention to detail" team of Robert Rue, Financing Advisor and Amber Radtke, Loan Processor. Will continue to refer family/friends to buy or build with Pulte in SWFL!

Pulte exceeded our expectations for customer service by providing a quality house at a more affordable price. We were realistic that this was not a custom home, but it was built cost effectively, with quality upgrades where it mattered. Our inspector said it was built very well. Our sales agent Robin and construction manager Michael made the complex process of moving in smoothly so we could close on our previous home and close with PGP tiltle on the new Palmary model move in ready home within 24 hours. Every little thing was attended to prior to moving in. We couldnt be happier to live in Del Webb of Naples.
