Nasty place full of rude people who do nothing but threaten and judge there workers. Seems like they are to focused on each others safety personal lives than the job itself self. Definitely need to be reevaluated heavy

This facility has kind hearted, caring staff and administration that care for their residents as if they were their own family. They have the best kitchen staff, maintenance, business office, nursing staff and administration to support every need that may arise. They stop at nothing to provide individualized, professional, compassionate care. You will be greeted with a smile, provided answers to your questions, and they always work to do what’s best for their residents. This facility is clean, quiet, and close knit but also very full of life and activities. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, stop in and ask for Crystal. She will always make time for you and your family.

Very Good place, nice people and very clean
Great place the people there are amazing and really know what they are doing you can tell it is not get a lay check for them definitely recommend.
This place was amazing. It is clean and well kept. Mom has been there over a year and the Aides have all been so caring and accommodating. They have activities going on, there is no way you can get board here.
The new name is Family Extended Care of Spring Hill. I moved my dad in there a couple weeks ago. He loves the place! At his old facility, every time I went to visit him, he was in his room, in bed. He was bored and miserable. Here, they keep him active and engaged, whether it is playing board games with the other residents, or whatever else they come up with to do to keep their residents active and happy. And it is working. My dad is happier than I have seen him in years. (And he loves the food!). Lynn, the assistant administrator has gone above and beyond to make my dad feel at home in his new environment. So has the rest of the staff. I just wish I had found this place sooner.
Called to speak of possibly taking good will work into their place, she hung up on me ! Then came here to see what this place is about , she did me a favor. Looks like it was a great place but not so much anymore. A shame.
