4.2 · 76 reviewsI recently moved my mom into this place. I was nervous but they put me at ease. Kayla knows almost everyone name. And makes people feel welcome with her smile. The staff will come and talk to the residents during the meals to put them at ease. Everyone is so friendly and will help with anything you need. This is by far one of the best transition my mom had to do. Thank you so very much for encouraging my mom to participate.
Kayla gave an interesting tour of the facilities she was professional but warm and inviting. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. She provide lunch which was well prepared and tasty. Not sure if lm moving to assisted living yet but Crescent Wood is at the top of my list.
We have been here for about 1 month, the staff are kind helpful and courteous. They have gone out of their way to ensure our needs are being met. The food is delicious and nutritious. The other residents are kind and very welcoming! We are so blessed to have found this facility!

We just recently moved my aunt here and it was an amazing introduction, tour and experience. Kayla in the front office is kind, treats people respectfully and does a great job of warming up a hesitant future resident.
I can’t say enough about the care and staff At Crescent Wood. My father lived there and he was well taken care of by the nurses and staff. It made the transition so much easier knowing that he was in good hands and that the facility was so clean and the people are so kind. I would highly recommend this to anyone whose loved one needs to transition to assisted living. A shout out to Kayla, who helped us find a room quickly. Heather was so kind with the on boarding process. I also want to give a shout out to Claudia, who works in the dining room and was always so sweet to my father and helped him decide what he should have for lunch or dinner. Lastly, Rachel and Gisela and the entire nursing staff are amazing!
Do your research before renting. Management behavior toward elderly residents is unprofessional and concerning.
I had a warm and informative meeting with Kayla. It is an impressive place. It looks like a good place for my mom.
