Tatiana, the Sales & Marketing Director, made what could have been a stressful transition for our family feel smooth and reassuring. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions with patience and kindness. They took the time to explain every step of the process and genuinely cared about making sure our dad was comfortable and well cared for. We are so happy to have found this Assisted Living for my step-father. The staff is always so pleasant and egar to help. Tatiana is a warm and caring. Infants the residents line up to just say hi to her. All the staff is kind, patient, and loving. The entrance is beautiful and inviting. The facility is always clean and has great lighting. There is always an activity for residents to participate. They are always encouraged to participate to stir for the void of being lonely and foster friendship and a sense of belonging. We are so happy to have found this Assisted Living for my step-father. The staff is always so pleasant and egar to help. Tatiana is a warm and caring. Infants the residents line up to just say hi to her. All the staff is kind, patient, and loving. The entrance is beautiful and inviting. The facility is always clean and has great lighting. There is always an activity for residents to participate. They are always encouraged to participate to stir for the void of being lonely and foster friendship and a sense of belonging. We are forever grateful to have found him a safe, caring, and happy place he can call home.
I live here in Coral Plaza, Tatiana help me move here i love since the first day i met her. I love the food, everybody in the dinning room is good .

I went to a couple of places and they were dark and dingy . Then I came to coral plaza and it was Bright and nice, Tatiana help me through a stressful time and I couldn't find a better person to help me. I can't thank her enough and the staff. Thank you so much
We went here to speak to the Jewish residents ans read a religious book on one of our holidays. Everyone, staff and residents were very kind and seemed very glad that we were there. I hope to come and spread Jewish light here again.
Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and support the staff provides at Coral Plaza. I moved my mother in October 2025 and from day one, they have treated my mother with kindness, dignity, respect, and compassion. What truly stands out is how supportive and responsive the team us. Anytime I have a question or concern, they address it thoughtfully, which gives my so much peace of mind. A special thank you to Colette and Barbara for the attentive and compassionate help they provide my mom. Their patience and kindness do not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize the nursing leadership DON Jennifer and Kathleen for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to resident care. Special nod to Dexter at the front desk. He always remembers me when I visit and makes a genuine effort to use my mom's strengths to joke with her and maker her laugh. Those moments mean more than he probably realizes. And Rochelle - while she may not provide direct care to my mother- has helped me tremendously. When I first moved my mom in, she noticed how difficult that transition was for me and made an effort to comfort and reassure me. To this day, she is always smiling, joking with my mom, and bringing warmth to every interaction. That is truly priceless. Knowing my mother is in such caring and capable hands means everything to our family. Thank you to the entire Coral Plaza team for all that you do every day.
