Listen to the reviews. Do not take your loved ones to this facility. My mother was being difficult one morning. They called me and LIED about transferring her to the hospital for observation. The hospital called me to ask why my mother was there. I explained and they told me they do not have a psychiatric department. Total confusion. I then called the nursing home. They acted confused, too. Wasting my time. Talking to the hospital and nursing home. Back and forth. They finally admitted that she was being discharged. It was so shocking bc I was put in a very difficult position of finding a new place for my mom. The hospital didn't even have adult sanitary products, and I'm 6 hours away. They only want your money. Read the reviews. The ONLY person that I felt cared was Ana. A social worker there. And I'm thankful for her bc she was the only person who helped me. Beware!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quiero expresar mi más profundo agradecimiento al equipo del nursing home por el excepcional cuidado que brindan a mi papá. Desde el primer día, nos hemos sentido como en familia, y eso es algo invaluable. Cada vez que visito a mi papá, me lleno de paz al ver lo bien atendido que está, rodeado de personas que realmente se preocupan por su bienestar. Quisiera destacar en especial a Yaquelin, cuyo compromiso y dedicación son admirables. Ella siempre está pendiente de cada detalle, asegurándose de que mi papá esté cómodo y feliz. Saber que cuenta con alguien tan atento como Yaquelin me da una tranquilidad inmensa. Gracias por todo lo que hacen, no solo por mi papá, sino por todas las personas a quienes cuidan con tanto amor y respeto. Este lugar es más que un hogar; es un verdadero refugio lleno de calidez y humanidad. ¡Mil gracias!

The nursing team cares for patients as if they were Family

My mom was here for one week. She had a total knee replacement. Let me start by saying that the only positives of this place is the physical therapist. Other than that, this place is horrible. They are super disorganized with the medication, at one point missing my mom's Parkinson's medication. Their technology and method of tracking the medication given is archaic. If you have any family members here who take meds, I would be worried. When calling for assistance from the nurse, I waited 20 minutes till they showed up. At night, when my mom would call to get her pamper changed, they would take hours. One night, my mom cried herself to sleep because they never came and she was peed- dehumanizing. The patients who sleep here and wear pampers do not get changed at night. The older lady who roomed with my mom would wake up with her back drenched in urine and it was so bad it would stink up the room. If you are looking for a nursing home or rehab center, please go elsewhere.

Quiero dejarles saber lo satisfecha que estoy con la atención y cuidado hacia mi padre desde que llegó del hospital hasta ahora. Debo decir que las enfermeras, las CNAs las supervisoras, la de admision, la curadora de heridas , las trabajadoras sociales y financieras, el personal de cocina, los técnicos de mantenimiento, en fin, todo el equipo de trabajo es muy eficiente. Mi padre se siente muy querido y muy bien atendido por todos en todo momento. Lo mantienen siempre muy limpio y arreglado, lo tratan con mucho cariño y cuando ha recaído lo han atendido y solucionado rápidamente. Sinceramente toda la familia estamos muy feliz y agradecidos por la atención y cuidado diario de mi padre I want to let you know how satisfied I am with the attention and care towards my father since he arrived from the hospital until now. I must say that the nurses, the CNAs, the supervisors, the admissions officer, the wound healer, the social and financial workers, the kitchen staff, the maintenance technicians, in short, the entire work team is very efficient. My father feels very loved and very well cared for by everyone at all times. They always keep him very clean and tidy, they treat him with great affection and when he has relapsed they have treated him and solved him quickly. Honestly, the whole family is very happy and grateful for my father's daily attention and care.
