If we would of went by some of past reviews. We would of not come. But I went myself and checked it out. Those reviews People left saying the food the staff. Shame on you. Maybe they really need glasses. Cause I differ from them bad reviews 💯 percent Thank God…

On the first 2 days the oddor of pee and poop was unbearable. No supplies: diapers were unavailable for large patients, we asked for gelatin we were told they did not have. We asked for italian ice just like the hospital ls provide fir patients who had radiotherapy we were told that was "too fancy" for a nursing home" humm.. nursing home that charges $6k monthly... very odd, right?
If i could id give negative stars. Please dont put your loved ome here. Incompetent nurses with terrible rude attitudes. CNAs. are uneducared. Questions are answered with either blank stares or feable excuses and phrases like we wont tolerate your grievance.... excuses withot any solutioms. Very unpleasant experience.

For a few caregivers is more important being in the back of the building smoking than taking care of their residents. If you call them, TRUY and other cna's get an attitude. Also, under the sinks there are roaches. There is mold in the ceiling. The only refrigerator for the staff leaks water and the ice maker never works. This place is understaffed. Patients don't get their showers. There is a new DON and administrator.

I WAS AT CONCORDIA MANOR FOR A WHILE FOR THE PHYSICAL THERAPY THE PLACE IS NICE AND THE STAFF WHERE AWSOME THE FOOD WAS PRETTY GOOD
It is okay place if like three of the cna's were not there they are on day shift they don't care about us they leave people sitting in dirty diapers they get mad if you ask to have your bed changed they always seem hard to find if you need them . Most all the food sucks never have what the menu says thy are serving and trust me it's always something worse .no hot water in some of the rooms 4 people packed in a room with two tvs so forget about watching what you want just a bad situation check it out real good and you will see although the newD,O,N AND THE ADMINISTRATOR ARE WORKING HARD MAKING CHANGES FOR THE BETTER HOPEFULLY THEY GET RID OF THE THREE NEGATIVE PERSONS THAT MAKE IT BAD FOR SEVERAL OF US
