This was the worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life and the most stressful and emotionally abusive and degrading environment I’ve ever been through it is overpriced for substandard food that almost killed me and a tiny room they subjected me to everything including food shaming by clients I was bullied and intimidated by the staff they broke hippa law with me which is a crime I went to the emergency room 2x because of their neglect and they still charged me full price there every day I was in hospital I nearly died there their neglect of clients needs is criminal buzzers go off all time in rooms and are often ignore them they have their favorites they allowed my therapy cats to be abused and refused to give me a key to my room for three weeks my cats were neglected when I spent the first night in emergency room I fought back and cursed them out they shamed me for crying and treated me like Pablo’s dog with my medicine they often refused to take my blood pressure and medication denied me they are very controlling everything they promised they would provide for my care was not provided including my special food plan everything they promised would not happen to me happened

Hello I came here for respite stay and I have to say this place is “classy and well organized “ Staff is very awesome and they treat you with respect Would come back if needed

The level of incompetence at this facility is mind blowing. I've delt with this place for over 7 years and have never, not once had a positive experience with them. I feel absolutely terrible for the folks that have to stay there. I wouldn't send my enemies there. They are a danger to the patients health to say the least. If you love your family members, keep shopping around. The leadership is dishonest and full of excuses. We learned too late at a "community meeting " of the rampant neglect by staff resulting in the decline in health It was so bad, DCF was called to investigate. Again, if you're considering this facility, I emplore you to reconsider. At the very least, do some investigating before you sign on that line. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT ..... THEY CHANGED MANAGEMENT AND AND LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THE STAFF AND HOW THEY SPEAK TO THEM ... ALL THE REVIEW HERE ARE OLD THIS IS A 2024 REVIEW AND TRUST WHEN I TELL YOU IT IS A NIGHTMARE NO ONE GIVES YOU ANSWERS NO DRS CALL YOU BACK! The place is so filthy that has an infestation of roaches there The nursing team and most staff are great but the management is absolutely atrocious and shady. Find somewhere better for your loved ones to stay

I have been working with the staff and residents here recently, and they have all been so wonderful. It's such a pretty community and so welcoming!
