I wanted to take a moment to write this email after recently visiting your facility. My parent was a resident here years ago, back when it was under previous ownership. While there were some sweet memories, I ultimately had to remove my parent because the quality of care and cleanliness at the time were not up to standard. I wanted to take a moment to write this email after recently visiting your facility. My parent was a resident here years ago, back when it was under previous ownership. While there were some sweet memories, I ultimately had to remove my parent because the quality of care and cleanliness at the time were not up to standard. That is why I was so happy to see the facility under new ownership now. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the difference—and I was especially delighted to see some familiar, happy faces. In particular, I want to recognize Amanda at the front desk. She is truly an outstanding and loyal employee. Amanda spoke very highly of the new ownership, the improvements you are making, and the way your team is working together. She was attentive to all my questions, informative about the updates and remodeling, and made sure I felt included and well-informed about the changes taking place. It is wonderful to see the facility being updated and invested in, and I appreciate the effort you are making to create a better environment for seniors in the Miami Gardens community. I am excited to begin the process of getting my parent settled with you again, confident that they will feel as happy and comfortable here as they once did. Thank you to the entire staff for the excellent work you are doing—and once again, special thanks to Amanda for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication. She is a true asset to your team.

I have been working here at Colonial for over a year, previously in a different position and now as the Activities Director. I have the privilege of interacting with all the residents, even at the same time. They fill me with joy when I have a sad day and they make me smile. They learn from me and I from them. With their ideas, they give me more creative ideas so that our facility is much more harmonious and beautiful. And now I have a new/old General Director. New because he started over, and old because he worked at my Center for many years in the past. This director knows everyone and their tastes, and having a lot of experience at the center, he trains me and gives me very good ideas that, together with mine, complement each other to improve every day and for our Colonial to grow and become more familiar every day. Thank you Colonial Assisted Living. I hope to retire at this center.

What a phenomenal place! I'm so thrilled to have come in contact with this heart warming facility. The staff here are so welcoming and loving. The facility was cleaning and the way everyone interacted with one another was wonderful. What made me most excited was the way they interacted with our loved ones. They have so many things going on keeping them engaged in activities and outings. And also showing them love and compassion as if they were there on.
