ಠಿ_ಠ I had High Expectations of Professionalism, Objectivity, Diligence, and ACCURATE FACTS. However, "Dr." MIcheal Collins wrote a "Competency" Evaluation Report that was GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. He Never Interviewed me "June 22". He Interviewed me by Phone video June 16. In 28 minutes; He NEVER Performed tests, He Documented he "did". 📝 Dr. M. Collins Documented to Bartow Court (Polk), that he performed the ©MMSE, ©FIT-R, ©ILK, and ©START; for a "Competency" Eval. for "Trespassing", standing on a Public street (Lake Hamilton). These Standardized Tests were NOT performed. Dr. Collins NEVER Interviewed Me "in person". (Polk County) On June 27, 2022; Dr. Collins (PhD) DOCUMENTED, he "used" (prior) "Medical Records" to Evaluate for "Competency" to "Stand Trial" December 14, 2022. And, My "Medical Records" are Plagued with ERRORS . Dr. Collins did Not have My Written Consent for (old) MEDICAL RECORDS, he documented "he used". Medical Records HIPPA Policy was BREACHED.📑 ･ั･ั Court Documents have been Fabricated by a FELON (x.f.) who should be in JAIL for Perjury and Narcissistic Abuse. I can PROVE, I take My Medications Exactly as Prescribed. I do NOT have "Schizophrenia" as Dr. Collins wrote, "(I) said I had". I NEVER Abused Drugs as Dr. Collins "Documented". ⚠️ BEWARE ; Incorrect CODES for Lab Requisitions by your PCP can get you "diagnosed" with "drug (ab)use". ⚠️ Dr. C, I am Not "homeless at times" !! A FELON EVICTED Me from My Home, I "OWN 100%". I was Arrested for "Trespassing" s.f. 810.09.; Dec 30, 2021 in front of my house. I was Standing on a Public Street. I had Permission from a Judge to Retrieve my possessions from the trash. (READ p.2, "Eviction") ✓ ⚖️The State Attorney Demanded "Discovery" Feb 2, 2022, for "the Defendant". I know his Duty. My "Public Defender" DEPRIVED me "Discovery" Four months. His JOB is to DEFEND the Defendant !! My "Inventory of Legal Knowledge" for my case is More COMPETENT than Dr. Collins'. And, He CONTRADICTS himself between pages 4 & 5. ⚠️ Dr. Micheal Collins' INCOMPETENT "Evaluation" is Denying My CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, LIBERTIES, And FREEDOMS. ⚖️Dr. Michael Collins (Ph. D.) CAN YOU Dr. PhD. ?? ⚖️ Dr. Collins is Depriving me of A Speedy Trial, before My Peers. Dr. Michael Collins REFUSES to Answer Any phone calls. BTW; Dr. C, the Felon made FALSE DCF Reports. BEWARE. Your "Expert" OPINION is based on LIES. Get The FACTS. WHO Did You "Interview in person" JUNE 22 ? (hint: Not me) My Attorney said, "The Interview was Supposed to be completed 'IN PERSON'."(Polk Co.) VERO BEACH was the Location Dr. PhD had originally given for my interview; a 90+ minute drive. And, He changed my appointment Twice.
