3.4 · 104 reviewsNot sure how they are still open. If you truly love your relatives, AVOID this place! Numerous employees need to change their careers! The staff seem to treat everyone like unwanted step children.
Was assisting a resident and the resident asked one of the nurses, Deborah, for assistance on her phone in which Deborah was extremely rude to the resident and took her phone and was blatantly disrespectful to me and did not let me speak. I don't think in any situation, someone should speak to their residents like that as well as someone over the phone as well.
All personnel here are very loving, attentive and caring.

I recently transferred my grandfather to Claridge House nursing facility, and I’m very pleased with how smooth the transition was. The admission staff were incredibly helpful—clear, precise, and supportive throughout the entire process. Their professionalism made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I’m truly grateful for their assistance and highly recommend Claridge House to anyone considering care for their loved ones.
I will not even give this place 1 star because they don't deserve that. My dad was there for 4 days, my dad had a stroke and dementia. On day 1 they asks him if he can put on his own sock it end up on his hand then day 3 he was walking around and the nurse didn't know where he was day 4 he he suffer another stroke and was sitting in the chair drooling and out no one check on him until his wife got there. If you love your love ones don't send them to Claridge House. The staff is really bad from the social worker, director and the nurses. They all need to go back to the basis on caring for patients. I didn't want to give 1 star but that's the only way to post.
