3.3 · 8 reviewsIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place made me feel like I needed a shower just walking into it. I cannot believe people actually live here. The best thing that best thing that could happen is this place be shut down.

This is a fantastic ALF! The facility is in the heart of the Grand Central District and honestly the perfect location for all sorts of little shops and diners. The facility is ran by an awesome growing corporation. The staff are pleasant and the building itself is phenomenal! Def a great place to live!

Over the course of eight months, my family member has lived at this community. My nephew often pops in to see how this are going, we're happy and feel that she is in great hands. They have talented residents that participate in outside activities. One that comes to mind is an gentleman that sells his artwork at the local art gallery and who is locally known for his abstract paintings. This place has great amenities and continues to offer services we need and desire.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Never has hot water, infested with bed bugs, nothing but transient people doing drugs and allowing homeless people in at all hours of the night. Cops are always here. No activities, horrible food, and everyone from owners to employees that don't care about anything but money. Research this place through ahca, health department, Fire Marshall, any state agency and you will see how "great" of a place it really is.
