A great place to live they have 15 swimming pool, movie theater and a theater for concerts very nice gym,picker ball , card games ect
Absolute nightmare trying to rent in here. Been trying at 4 failed attempts, the owners of the units play games, or the HOA itself makes it extremely difficult to rent off of someone (when you find a normal one), to block the process. Over a hundred units to rent in there last time we checked and now I know why. If the HOA doesn't want the units rented they should just tell the owners they can't rent. The renting agent says one thing, then the HOA has the exact opposite. Don't waste your time.
Century Village is a wonderful experience. Well kept, lots to do, BUT dealing with management leaves you exhausted and feeling like you have been taken advantage of. The management is not at all responsive, and they treat you as old and helpless(which I suppose most of us residents are). It is a lovely community but give it a lot of thought and research before you commit.
