Cedar creek is a great assisted living community. The staff and the management take pride in providing for their residents. A very clean and safe place for your loved one.
I dont understand why you are refusing to give my mom back her money i have viedos of the room spotless, i have a viedo of my handing in the keys, she left and said you were refunding her, is this how you run things over there? Extremely unprofessional, refusing to refund after you said you would send a check. Very clean, everyone was extremely nice. I think they need a little extra help especially w meds. However it is a nice place. They really care alot about their residents. I was surprised how clean and welcoming it felt. Fresh lemon water and 1 other drink i forgot what it was. It…

It smelled nice. the exceptional staff is what I would say helps it stand out.

Because of a recent and a previous injury I had to move to an assistant living sounded good however the only assisted help comes from the residences.im new to a wheelchair and having no use of my left shoulder and broken left makes it very hard to moneve this morning I was trying to go to lunch and 3 helpers including the so called L.P.N.saw me struggling and made no attempt to help me.They are for a fact Under staffed especially at night.They are nice to your face but watch your back if u complain The entire staff treats you cold and gets less assistance. (With the exception of the ditector.)Thank you sandi for your concern for me)the outside area needs much improvement not very inviting to relax and enjoy.please if your concerning assistant living for a loved one tour this place but look for a mor peasant place inside and outdoors your loved DESERVES the best and won't find it here.
All the employees at Cedar Creek have HUGE HEARTs ! My Mother. In-law is Very Happy there! The staff show so much compassion! We Thank you all for what you have dedicated yourselves towards. It take a special heart and kindness to work with the elderly and this team is stellar!
So glad I found this home for mom. The staff is just an extension of your family. They are all amazing. Sandie has such a great attitude, even when mom thinks she's on a cruise ship. Melanie is wonderful at keeping her involved in activities and coming up with some pretty fun and engaging activities. There's no way to thank them enough for all that they do.
Beware, these people treat residents very badly. Their attitudes are horrible. There are to many homes to have to deal w this. Save yourself the trouble. I'm sure the high reviews here are from staff.
Not a good experience so far, these people have lost my mother's medication. She has mental health issues and they lost her 1 medication that helps her tue most. It was filled last week. They are blamming cvs, but they just had a whole bottle last week. I was told they were going to search for it ? Thats insane. They lost her meds. They accepted her dog 10 pds, charged her a grand deposit for a 10pd dog who is potty trained, they have no area for the dog to go, so for the rest of the dogs life she will be leashed. Do not go jere if you have a animal or take medication.
