Cascade Heights

Cascade Heights is truly a remarkable community! Not only do they have the best entertainers and residents, but their staff is terrific. The resident engagement team, led by Annie, is top-tier AMAZING—constantly creating meaningful experiences that help residents live life to the fullest. Another thing that sets this place apart is the stability of its leadership. Much of the team has been there for years, and the Executive Director, Joff, has been with the community for over 18 years!. That kind of consistency makes a real difference—you can feel the care, dedication, and strong sense of community in everything this team does. Thank you again and again to the entire team for all you do, especially Annie, Jerry, and Chan, for all the fun resident activities you pack into each day!❤️

A friend & I had occasion to meet some residents of Cascade Heights today, had lunch with them & questioned them about living at this facility. They answered our questions, with direct responses which I interpreted as truthful, which made my assessment of this facility to be above board as a Independent/Assisted Living community. After lunch, we were directed to the Sales Office, where we met with the Sales Director, Mary Jo Hand & the Community Coordinator, Melanie Gray. Both individuals answered our questions without hesitation, especially my friend, Carl, as he had specific concerns regarding the Assisted Living portion of Cascade, regarding the availability of the nursing staff, the assistance regarding his Insurance coverage, & size of the available apartments. I believe he received the answers he was looking for. Melanie took us on a tour of the facility, including a Studio & medium sized one bedroom apartments. I was impressed with the size, layout & amenities in the one bedroom apartment. Back at the office, I was given some additional information regarding Veterans assistance in regards to deciding to pick Cascade as my Independent Living facility. I was quite impressed with both Sales Associates, with their forthright answers, the over- all appearance of Cascade, the friend- liness of the staff & the residents. Although I'm not ready to make the move at this time, when the time comes, Cascade Heights will definitely be at the top of my list, for facilities I would spend the remainder of my time dwelling. My visit to Cascades was everything I had hoped. Every random person we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. Melanie, my tour guide was as gracious and informative as could be and took the time to answer every question or concern. Cascades is a beautiful facility and has so much to offer in the way of first class independent living. I look forward to a return visit. As a retired teacher I have to give Cascades an A+++!!

Very nice facility, we have looked at others and they are not nearly as clean, well-organized, or as professional as this facility.

I'm in Cascade Heights. The food is excellent. All the people that work here are topnotch. They keep it clean. They have a lot of activities. They have buses to take you to different places. It's got everything you need. I have the apartment with a den. Everything I have fits perfectly. They have different apartment sizes. Any problem you have, they take care of it immediately.
