1.5 · 2 reviewsGreat location. But Apartments are way way too small. Price is way way way over priced. And no amenities, nothing. . Lots of weird people hanging out in the back . doesn't feel right.
I enjoyed the location right across the street from Lummus Park where there’s a pool exercise machines tennis courts basketball courts benches and plenty of space to relax during the day, a tree lined area with beautiful landscaped neighborhood. There were no amenities, there are steps to every unit and the apartments are chopped up into small little cubicles it’s a place for a single person who come home to sleep after work during the day or hang out on the weekend it’s not a comfortable place for a senior citizen to be in the unit all the time is such a small cooped up space. I enjoyed the location right across the street from Lummus Park where there’s a pool exercise machines tennis courts basketball courts benches and plenty of space to relax during the day, a tree lined area with beautiful landscaped neighborhood. There were no amenities, there are steps to every unit and the apartments are chopped up into small little cubicles it’s a place for a single person who come home to sleep after work during the day or hang out on the weekend it’s not a comfortable place for a senior citizen to be in the unit all the time is such a small cooped up space. There was no security; the buildings are still under construction and the rent is higher than some of the luxury condominiums with amenities in the near area. The rent there was more than my mortgage maintenance Utilities and property tax per month
