And leaving at 112 .. she is a picky person and she clears her plate... the unit manager Kelly is amazing when we ask her questions or for a few minutes she doesn't act like we are a interruptions to her day.. we truly are blessed that when we leave for the day that we have a peace that this is the BEST place... her care givers are top notch... thank you thank you....

This SNF is very clean and well maintained. The staff is caring, Lenya and Tere the housekeepers are absolutely wonderful! Tere always brings joy and positive energy, especially when she sings while walking through the hallways. Her cheerful personality makes the environment feel warm and welcoming. Nice place for my grandma to stay!

A friend of mine stayed here for a few months and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and caring, the facility was always clean, and the laundry service was very helpful. Overall, it seemed like a welcoming place where residents are well taken care of.
My mother was admitted to Carrington Place/Brighton Bay as part of their rehabilitation and recovery program following a hip replacement surgery. Unfortunately, our experience with the facility was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about both patient care and communication. On more than one occasion, my mother was left soiled for several hours before staff assisted her. She also experienced what appeared to be a COPD exacerbation that went unaddressed for four to five days before anyone took the situation seriously. This was extremely concerning and made us feel that her medical needs were not being properly monitored. When it came time for her discharge and transportation home, communication completely broke down. Staff failed to properly coordinate transportation, and I ultimately had to handle the situation myself to ensure she got home safely. What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude we encountered when trying to address these concerns. Instead of professionalism and compassion, several staff members were dismissive and rude. I understand healthcare facilities can be busy and challenging environments, but basic patient dignity, timely medical attention, and respectful communication should never be overlooked. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this facility.
My aunt was very happy during her extended rehab stay at Brighton Bay. To say her recovery was a miracle is true. The amazing team got her up and walking and she was able to eventually return home. Thank you to everyone who help her heal.
The staff is attentive, kind, and consistently strive to provide good care and make my mom feel dignified. The building is clean and nicely maintained, and she said she loves her nurse and therapist. Overall Im very happy because my mom seems happy which I was worried about transitioning into a nursing home.
Staff is welcoming, very helpful whenever I asked for/needed help. Love the beautiful bright gym in the front, and it is so cute what they have done for the dining room, calling it the Brighton Bay Bistro, feels like a home in there.
