2.0 · 3 reviewsI went to Buccaneer Estates. It was good. We were very impressed. I went online and I found one that was in our price range. And so I contacted the realtor. We went out and looked and we bought the first one we looked at. It was beautiful. We've got 1400 square feet. They have a community clubhouse, bingo, and ceramics. They have all kinds of activities that go on. They have a big pool, so we were looking for that.
This is owned by ELS.. they are an LLC that do not give a care nor concern to quality. Management, repair, maintenance and customer service are substandard. The front gate has been broken for 1+ years so there is virtually no security, such as it is.
I am in the process of purchasing a home here in Bucaneer Estates ,the homeowners association has been simply rude and has not of this date approved my membership/ eligibility to become a resident . That whole nonsense is holding up my purchase ,plus the reviews I’m now seeing tend to keep me from actually wanting to be part of this community .
