**5-Star Review for Broward Nursing & Rehabilitation** My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the incredible team at Broward Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for the compassionate care and support they provided during my mother's stay. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you goes to **Michael, Melia, Rose, and Josie**, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mother received exceptional care. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern for her well-being made a difficult time much easier for our family. We would also like to recognize **Teresa**, the Kitchen Manager, making sure my mother's dietary needs were met with care and consideration. Her dedication did not go unnoticed. A heartfelt thank you as well to **Laquavia**, the Admissions Director, whose professionalism, and warm demeanor made the admission process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. It is clear that this facility is staffed by people who truly care about their residents and their families. We are deeply appreciative of everyone who played a role in my mother's care and would highly recommend Broward Nursing & Rehabilitation to anyone seeking quality rehabilitation and nursing services. My Mom stayed here for 17 days for rehab from a fracture to her right pelvis (while also dealing with a fracture to left shoulder from 2 months prior). The facility is an older building and thus with 2 per room the rooms are quite small. Especially given both my Mom and her roommate were using wheelchairs. The A/C is a wall unit and made lots of noise when it was on -- my Mom's bed was next to it. Quite annoying. The worst of it all was the food. It arrives room temp to cold, is bland, and typically overcooked. Even when my Mom asked for something else (like a peanut better sandwich, or a grilled cheese, it took a while to get or just was never brought). I had to bring in food for my Mom every day to ensue she was eating sufficiently. On a positive note, the physical therapy staff were very friendly and helpful with my Mom. Most of the nurses were very nice too, including the Supervising Nurse for 1 East. However, there was on excpetion ... that was on Saturday, April 11th. The nurse serving my Mom's room was VERY, VERY RUDE to my Mom. It was a nurse my Mom had not seen before and would hope no one has to deal with again! That nurse wasn't helpful providing assistance, including when my Mom had to use the restroom -- which all other nurses were willing to do since my Mom's injury was to her pelvis. Lastly, the entire corridor where my Mom's room was located was having construction/repairs for the entire last week (April 6th and on) that my Mom was there. Lots of banging and noise, starting early in the morning. Quite disruptive to anyone in the area -- even for PT to be done in that hallway. No advance notice was provided to my Mom of this work and no offer was made to move her elsewhere -- until her LAST DAY there! If you have other choices -- decide to go elsewhere. I would not recommend Broward Nursing and Rehab. They certainly should do better than the overall service provided.

This facility is amazing. They took such great care of my grandma, and it truly means a lot to our family. She loved everyone there and really appreciated the therapy department. Their kindness and dedication go a long way, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything they’ve done.

My grandmother is a resident of Broward Nursing Home. My family is extremely grateful for the great care she receives. The staff is exceptional and very caring towards it's residents. I am thankful for the safe environment and compassionate attention my grandma receives every day at Broward Nursing Home!
