We have had experiences at many of the memory care facilities in town and Brookedale has far exceeded all of them. The staff is so caring and patient with all of the residents. It’s so wonderful to confidently know your loved one is being cared for with compassion.

Brookdale Memory Care in Fort Myers is truly an exceptional facility. My father is a resident there, and the level of care he received—along with the kindness shown to his dog, Gino—meant so much to our family. Marlene, the Executive Director, is outstanding. She is not only actively involved in every aspect of resident care but is also incredibly approachable and supportive whenever any concerns arise. Her leadership creates a warm and compassionate environment throughout the community. The entire staff deserves recognition. Ciro, who oversees maintenance, is always responsive and willing to help with anything we need. The nursing team is attentive, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of every resident. We are deeply grateful for the care, respect, and kindness shown to our father and our family. I cannot recommend Brookdale Fort Myers highly enough.
My friend has been here for about 2-1/2 months now. He is doing so incredibly well. He smiles more, he is cleaner, he has been more active with the games. He shines when he sits outside. He is talking a bit more. Astrid the caregiver is so amazing. She really cares. Marlene from admin is the one that I give the most credit to. She is so caring and very thoughtful. If not for her I would not have brought him here. She is always so happy and the residents see that and it makes all there lives better. Thank you to Emily the activities director. So bubbly.
