I FIND IT IS AS EXPECTED A PLACE FOR OLD FOLKS TO LIVE TE REST OF MY LIFE____ BUT I MADE IT MY HOME AFTER ONE YEAR HERE AND BE COME A CENTER TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE TO ADJUST TO LIFE AWAY FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY COST WILL BE THE ONLY REASON FOR ME TO LEAVE HERE I'VE GONE THERU MY HOME SALE AND NND NOW A LOT SALE HOPE SS WILL KEEP UP------- PRICE STARTED OUT REASONABLE

I've written it off as a very expensive bad vacation period if you didn't go to dinner at 4:30. Well, good luck, because they ran out of food period I laid on the floor an hour. I'm pushing my button for help and when they came in, they said, oh, the buttons don't work. Another night, I kept ringing cuz, I needed something for pain, and nobody answered. So I walked down to the nursing desk and there were 5 of them. Standing around there, talking, nobody answered the light worst place ever.…

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I was a resident there for 2 months, worst experience of my life. I've written it off as a very expensive bad vacation period if you didn't go to dinner at 4:30. Well, good luck, because they ran out of food period I laid on the floor an hour. I'm pushing my button for help and when they came in, they said, oh, the buttons don't work. Another night, I kept ringing cuz, I needed something for pain, and nobody answered. So I walked down to the nursing desk and there were 5 of them. Standing around there, talking, nobody answered the light worst place ever. Thank you I wouldn't go back to there or any of their associated facilities. They're owned by a large corporation. They have seven hundred convalescent homes and assisted living facilities across the united states and in florida, and I just would avoid them.

Very friendly and lots of places to go to get fresh air and have buses to take you shopping. They need better communication between the selling manager and when someone needs special assistance. They told us one price and then they made it seem like the things that the person would need assistance with that all of It would also be included with the price. Little did we know that they did an assessment of my friend but failed to tell me , who was the power of attorney and signed the papers that there would be extra charges for this. So we were hit with some big fees. Our Brookdale experience. I would recommend it b/c it's one of the more affordable places. They could use some new carpeting in the place

Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to both residents and their families make all the difference. If you’re looking for a community that values independence while offering outstanding care and support, Brookdale Colonial Park is a fantastic choice!

Really a nice place! Breanna is excellent in taking the time to find out what is most important to the residents and their families. If you’re looking for assisted living in Sarasota, I would recommend meeting with Breanna for a tour.
