Since the new ownership took over, the improvements have been noticeable. The building is cleaner, better maintained, and feels much more welcoming. Management has been making positive changes that have improved the environment for both residents and staff. It’s clear they care about providing a safe, comfortable, and pleasant assisted living community. The facility continues to move in the right direction, and it’s great to see the investment being made in the residents’ quality of life.

I thought that rikisha would uphold her promise to never throw me to the street but that failed I had felt so secure and grateful for a roof over my head and was crying when I was kicked out. Asked her if she was happy and she said "yes!" as I was being taken out on the ambulance stretcher and not allowed to come back. That statement and broken promise really hurt to the core.😔 they threw away majority of my property and my brand new bike which I was supposed to go get tomorrow is now gone. That was my main way of getting around because of my MS. I can't walk too far and I don't make that kind of money. That bike was my Christmas of 2024.

In many cases, we are all our residents have, and we strive every day to give them the attention and support they deserve — regardless of outside perceptions.
