I enjoyed my time here at Bonifay. They were sooo good to me and helped me in every way I needed help with. I appreciate all they did for me and my family is very much appreciated. Dr John Garrett was amazing and so kind while taking care of me.
My spouse recently had a fall at home and had to have rehab after surgical repair of 2 fractures. We were so impressed with the staff. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They were very professional in every contact they had with us. Nursing staff including CNAs were wonderful. Physical and Occupational therapy worked diligently with her and encouraged her every step of the way. Housekeeping made sure her room was clean. Dietary even came to talk with her about food preference and made sure her diet was adjusted as needed. They even have an after care program so that when she goes home if…

They even have an after care program so that when she goes home if she has any changes or becomes ill we can call and bring her to the rehab center and the provider will see her. This will avoid any long ER visits or waits. Also thank you to Social Services for making arrangements for her home health care and seeing that she had all equipment she needed in the home. We can not say enough good things about Bonifay Health and Rehab. Thank you so much.

Bonifay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a place I’d happily recommend for your loved ones. The staff is amazing very friendly, attentive and compassionate. The director of nursing Nicole is a godsend she has such a caring heart and kind spirit. The facility is clean, and inviting. The residents are happy and thriving.
This is a very good facility, with a friendly, attentive staff. I know its hard to believe but I am about 😉convinced they really care ❤. Trust me they do! Also rare... everyone from maintenance to administration communicate with each other and are willing to assist with anything. So far so 👍 good, I am very happy. 93 yr old mom with broken hip.
On the 4th of April 2024, my mother had a true emergency where she was unconscious and not breathing. The situation was handle in a Professional Manner. She got Immediate help , she started breathing . Called me her daughter Deborah Connelly, and Medical Advocate. I am also, a Nurse with vast knowledge and experience. The communication was, precisely communicated so I could make decisions to send her to most experience Hospital for her condition. I would like to give special thanks and kudos to Amber RNP, Dee Pct for their help in the situation. Elizabeth LPN and Melissa LPN for going above and beyond . Staff sometimes does not get the appreciation they deserve. I would like to let you all know, Bret Brown Administer and Nicole Rn DON, has always given me a lending ear to hear my concerns. Staff feels like family.Thank you Bonifay Rehab and Nursing Center. Mama returned to the facility in good health.
