My first experience at another facility was very disappointing. So when my uncle relocated here it was a breath of fresh air. This is a difficult job for these folks and I am so grateful for each of them. Nothing can be perfect in such a difficult industry but my experience here was exceptional. I feel like they genuinely care.

My father was admitted into an assisted living facility, that was absolutely terrible. Due to an incident that occurred, he was sent to the hospital and we requested him be transported to another facility. Adventura Accepted him and immediately made him comfortable. I could tell immediately each employee of the Facility cares about the patients and the quality of care and life they provide. The administrator, Tokara, is so incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She actually and truly cares about the residence and the families to ensure that their loved one is properly taken care of and all needs are met. You can tell she runs this place beautifully. And she is such a sweetheart. My father is on the lockdown memory care unit, Tanisha Is the unit manager and she is fantastic. She is so compassionate, and will do everything she can to ensure the happiness of the resident and the family. They are very accommodating, They really truly care about the new lifestyle of the resident and how the family would like the routine to be and how They are tended to. His last facility limited him to only two showers a week, whereas Tanisha advised I could have him showered five days a week and ensure that his teeth are brushed which other facilities do not do. They have so many different activities geared towards the specific resident to keep them active, happy, and involved with other residents. They have doctors all varieties that are residential to the facility. If you want to take your family member to an assisted living facility where they will be safe and well taken care of – but most importantly happy, This is the place to go. A simple Google review cannot express how happy I am with the quality and care this facility and the staff provide provides. And to top it all off, it is clean. The residents sleep in actual beds with actual blankets. If you want to provide your loved one with a television, they allow you to do so and utilize their Wi-Fi. I cannot stop reading about this place and the staff. It has put my heart in my mind at ease knowing that However long my father has left, he will be well taken care of and happy.

Patients not getting scheduled showers and sitting in soiled diapers for hrs is not a positive experience.

Staff seem very polite and caring.
