My mom has been at this facility for a few months, and she absolutely love this facility. I sleep so well at night knowing my mother is well taking care of. This is my mom new home away from home. The entire staff is super amazing, and most importantly the whole facility is always clean. I really love this place for my mom 💕. SB
My sister is here in Brooklyn circle.And she is treated with such love and friendliness by everyone here.\nThey are very professional.I especially appreciate the way they look in on her all day long.To make sure she's okay , and if she needs anything . She gets physical therapy and occupational therapy almost every day.\nShe is also getting wound care. Every day, she has such a happy and productive attitude.Because of the care she is getting. My 95-year-old mother survived a cancer operation, and the hospital said she needed long-term care in a rehabilitation hospital. They gave me a choice of three facilities, and I asked. Which one is best? The Nurse replied. “That’s easy, Boca Circle!” She was right, and my mother got the right care and consultation to help us move forward. She was there for 100 days. I noticed an improvement in her overall health and mobility every 3-4 weeks. When she entered the facility, she wasn’t strong enough to get out of bed. After three months, she’s using a walker and claims she wants to discard it in a few weeks. To say the least, they exceeded our expectations.
This place is disgusting. When I was discharged I saw filthy sheets, floor etc. You have to beg for water, with the exception of 2 nurses which were great the others were awful especially at night. My daughter had to put a note on my blanket and when the night nurse saw it she took it off and threw it away. The reason I gave it 2 stars were because of the 2 nurses that truly were great. The facility is just awful!
This is the place to have your loved once.
Boca Circle rehab is more that just another Nursing home. I was a resident, And their expertise across therapy for, PT, OT, and ST. I would recommend this facility to any of my family and friends.
