4.0 · 20 reviewsThis place is a nightmare! Don't walk, RUN! My mother was left in her own feces and urine multiple times when I visited and when she was assessed by her new assisted living facility. The halls reak of urine and feces, the rear of the building I later found she hadn't seen a PCP in over 6 months and once I told them I was moving her, they stopped checking on her altogehter yet continue to try to bill her checking account. They've also switched her medical plan several times to make money with each switch!

Best Care graciously allowed our 30 plus residents from NHH pinellas to stay on their second floor during the most recent hurricane as we were in a mandatory Evac zone for this one, and it speaks volumes towards their commitment to the community to have accepted us during a genuine crisis.
Awful. You need to look at the back parking lot. They let tenants piss outside, facing into neighboring yards.
I live out of state and coordinate care for my dad. We found Best Care and I am so glad we did. Candace has been an angel and so helpful. She truly cares for her residents in a way that is hard to find in this field. The building is clean and welcoming. They often work on holidays to provide parties and meals for residents who do not have family in the area. They go above and beyond for their residents.
