3.5 · 120 reviewsShould be called “Worst Care”!!! The staff are not professional, lazy and you have one resident thinking he’s the Kingpin of the dorm. It’s absolutely horrible. When I got approved they told a bunch of lies like “we have a doctor that takes your insurance”, it’s crazy!!! Some of the staff are too young and immature. I have to go to an outside doctor and there’s no stores close by I’m done with this place!!! DONT go there!!!

This is about the worst assistant, living memory Care that I’ve seen. There’s no activities for the seniors. The food is horrible, the landscape it’s overgrown, weeds, ugly. It smells in there like pee. The food is horrible. They don’t. take care of the seniors like they should. It’s understaffed. It’s just a horrible place. The other residence steal over from other residence or maybe the staff does that. It’s just a horrible place. I can only give it one star, but I would rather give it a half of star, but one is what it is. Especially in number eight where it’s memory Care. Also, it’s horrible. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It smells horrible. It’s really bad. I wouldn’t send my dog there. Let A human being So, so sad that our seniors veterans are treated like this. So sad someone needs to report this place.
This is by far the most amazing assisted living facility I have ever seen I am so happy that my aunt lives here she is so well taken care of and the food is amazing and the staff is so great and respectful I highly recommend anyone putting there loved one here
One of my parents lived in this facility for over a year. He was extremely happy, well cared for, healthy, and most of all loved. As a family we, loved the staff, the food and the time spent with us and my step dad. I genuinely have no complaints, from the food, the cleanliness, the management, and the care staff. Best decision we made for him.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Care Senior Living truly lives up to its name. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. They take the time to listen, communicate clearly with families, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The environment is clean, welcoming, and feels like a real home rather than just a facility. Management is professional and responsive, and it’s clear that resident safety and quality of care are a top priority. Knowing my loved one is in good hands brings incredible peace of mind. I highly recommend Best Care Senior Living to anyone looking for a supportive and caring place for their family member.
