BeeHive Homes Assisted Living in Niceville, Florida, is a small residential community in the Bluewater Bay area, near White Wilson Clinic. Its single-story building covers about 8,000 square feet and is designed to resemble a family home. My mother has been a resident at Beehive for over a year and I am very pleased with the experience. They have a loving, caring staff that gives adequate attention to my Mom and others there. Additionally, Mom has resided at other facilities in the past years before we moved her here close to my wife and I and we have been most pleased with Beehive.
My mother was a resident of Beehive Niceville from July 2022 until her death in July 2023. My mother's care was very good until it came to end of life care with hospice. The staff are very good as general care givers, but they are lacking in medical training. They do not have a nurse on staff and at the time, there was only one staff member with even CNA training. The Beehive staff was ill equipped for her end-of-life care, even with the help and guidance of hospice nursing staff. They were not able to manage her pain or her pain medications. My mother was a resident of Beehive Niceville from July 2022 until her death in July 2023. My mother's care was very good until it came to end of life care with hospice. The Beehive staff was ill equipped for her end-of-life care, even with the help and guidance of hospice nursing staff. They were not able to manage her pain or her pain medications. Please note that I am not referring to skilled nursing care, I am only referring to pain management through hospice prescribed medication. As a result of my mother’s care at the Beehive her hospice provider made the decision to no longer treat patients at this facility. I only share this information because if you anticipate your loved one will need end of life care then the Beehive is ill suited to provide this care.

We are beyond grateful for the BeeHive of Niceville and the amazing staff for taking such good care of my brother. They are so caring and understanding of his needs. He had dementia which required a special kind of person to take care of him. They showed such compassion when he would take all of his clothes out of his clothes and put them all over his room. They would just put them back, even if he did this every day. He loved the food. It was top quality. Homecooked for every meal. They were so loving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Doris
Beehive Homes Assisted Living in Niceville was very nice, they're very friendly and very helpful. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly, the rooms were very up to date, very kept up, and decent in size. Their dining area was really big, but I have not tried the food. I saw the residents doing yoga when I was there.
We saw Bee Hive Homes of Niceville. I didn't really spend enough time with them, but the people were very nice. What I saw, as far as the food and everything like that, was very good. I just don't really have anything else to say as far as their interaction, activities, or anything like that.

A place most like home for family members that needs assistance with daily care. Beehive staff is caring and give the extra moments to encourage all residents to be involved with daily activities. The opportunities for residents to participate in small social groups either with staff or community volunteers is outstanding. The facility is quaint with a large gathering room furnished with recliners, a fish tank, piano, computer and a large television. The dining area is easily accessible to all residents at all times. The kitchen is centrally located and safe for the residents to view the activity of the kitchen staff. The staff gets to know the residents likes and dislikes quickly. The resident rooms are single rooms with individual bathrooms. Visitation is encouraged at any time of the day or evening. Beehive homes Niceville is a wonderful place for family that needs care outside of their home. The Beehive NIceville facility provides care, concern and commitment that results in outstanding assisted living.
