The facility is disgusting, ill maintained, and the majority employees act like pigs, throwing trash all ober the place instead of in a trash can where it belongs on their property and on ours. They drive like idiots and park where they please. Yesterday witness one individual run the nearby stopsign and almost take out some children on bikes. When brought up to them directly, you get an attitude. Only pleasant experience was informing the operator on desk of this…

They drive like idiots and park where they please. Yesterday witness one individual run the nearby stopsign and almost take out some children on bikes. When brought up to them directly, you get an attitude. Only pleasant experience was informing the operator on desk of this issue. Sort your facility out, please. It's borderline miserable living next to it due to these issues. I understand you are in a 'rough area,' but as a medical facility, you need to be held to a much higher standard and have a sense of pride in your workplace and the work you do.
Awful staff. Smells awful. Very dirty. Would give zero if I could.
If I could give this place a 0, I would. ALWAYS yelling, screaming and cursing at patients. Yelling at them to get in their chair, treating them with disrespect. Their patients often fall and get left laying on the ground. You have cameras, how can you not see it?? They will tell you that "They have to talk to them that way." Then deny they scream and yell. It's shocking and it's abusive. We already made a complaint to various networks that deal with Nursing Home Abuse. I hope this place gets straightened out.

The staff will take advantage of you and then stab you in the back when you say no! Bunch of pathetic tattle tales!
I used to visit this facility as volunteer to assist residents in their spiritual needs. This facility was heart breaking since is dedicated mainly to residents with psychological conditions. The number of staff was very limited so I realized that the time invested on each patient was not enough to cover their total needs. The facility as a whole had many issues providing adequate meals to the residents. Nurses where kind but because they had more than 20 patients each, everything was done fast paced. I still think is a good facility because they also have a great responsibility on caring with all this residents and their psychological conditions. To be completely honest I realized that a person needs a lot of heart to work at this place, sometimes patients will get very aggressive towards the staff or other residents. That was a little bit scary, but I the end they are still people that need love and understanding.
