No Spanish speaking staff

We are delighted to report that Aunt Ag is settled in a safe and comfortable home. Upon arriving the first day she said it was a nice place but she needed to go home. When my cousin told his mother this was her new home she repeated she wanted to go home and would not move from the couch until cousin took her back to her condo. After Agatha fell asleep on the couch the understanding staff urged my cousin to leave. He did so with reticence. To his delight he was awakened by a cell phone call from his mother - She was delighted, it was wonderful, the food was good and she was more than content. We are so relieved that neither she \nor her son have to worry about which care giver was supposed to have shown up or if the grocery list had been filled or who was going to cook. This is the right place for her. It is a relatively new remodel of a one story home with 2 semi private rooms. There are a couple of vacancies which should be snapped up soon. When the weather cools a bit and the rain takes a break Agatha is looking forward to spending some time on the patio overlooking a grassy area and adjacent to a lovely waterway. This is a small intimate home which for Agatha was the best placement as opposed to a large and confusing establishment. Ag feels like she has a new home with good food and someone there when she needs help. She was thinking that she was going to be put away in an institution. The Florida Resident Care Home system has wonderfully met her need for a safe new home which is near to her son. She loves his frequent visits. We are indebted to you for helping us find just the right spot for Agatha. We wish you well in assisting other families with just the right solution for our family.
