2.2 · 120 reviewsI recently had my mom stay at this facility for five days for respite care. As most of us know it can be tough leaving our love ones in places where we don’t know anyone.. I am very pleased with how well they took care of her.. Everyone was extremely nice , professional and caring.. I will continue to bring her there whenever I feel I need a break because god knows we all need a break sometimes. I highly recommend anyone in the same situation to do so as well.. Thank you to all the staff for being so good to my mom. 🙂
Toured the facilities with Brandee. What an awesome place! Great programs clean facilities and Brandee was very knowledgeable and polite, compassionate. Definately tops on my list.

The new leadership team truly cares about the residents and the quality of care they receive, and you can see that reflected in the staff and overall environment. The updates and location are also a huge plus, especially being so close to the hospital, which gives families some added peace of mind. I am really impressed with Avante at Melbourne and the overall experience. Spoke to Brandee about my family member potentially staying there. I was suprised about how much they can do nursing wise and how many insurances they take. Unfortunately we picked a facility a little closer to home but just wanted to give her a shout out.
Brandee from Avante came to talk to our team at Palm Bay Hospital about improvements they’ve made in Avante. I definitely feel comfortable sending my patients to her facility knowing that they are in good hands.
Brandee’s compassion and knowledge for her job has been a wonderful experience. Her cheerful demeanor and enthusiasm brings much needed comfort during stressful times when trying to take care of a family member.
A friend of mine is going thier , reviews are shocking awful. I'll be closer to . I won't hesitate to call DCF , if I see something wrong . I got to a piont where I am going , to report this place, to the state. And call elderly abuse too. Update I'm getting my friend out of thier he caught a highly bacterial infection only found in nursing homes, Alf, been to the hospital 4 times already , staff is rude, food is nasty, his belongs are being stolen, So I made my mind up and I am REPORTING THIS FACILITY TODAY TO THE STATE, HEALTH DEPARTMENT, ELDERLY ABUSE, DCF, EVERY OFFICE I CAN FIND TO REPORT I WILL.
When I got here I was paralyzed on the left side the the staff and therapy has gave me positive attitude and I am now able to walk they have done a very good job
