Assisted Living and Board and Care in Brandon, with spaces to feel at home and support for your next chapter.
Ask about this communityAva Cares II is an assisted living facility in Brandon, in Hillsborough County, Florida. Directory records list capacity for six residents and identify a Florida assisted living license. The small listed capacity gives a sense of the scale described in those records, but does not establish the number of residents currently living there or the facility’s present availability. The care and amenity details published in directory entries are presented as possible offerings, not as confirmed current services.
Potential personal-care support includes help for residents with limited mobility, assistance with walking, and help with showering. Listings also mention spoon feeding when needed. Possible care options include diabetes management and support for people with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or Parkinson’s disease. The entries describe individual assessments and tailored care plans as possibilities, rather than specifying which supports are currently provided or how care is arranged for a particular resident.
Other listed health-related possibilities include access to a staff nurse, ongoing health screenings, home-health services, and physical or rehabilitative therapy. One directory also includes falls management. These items suggest areas of support that may be relevant to a resident’s needs, but the available profile information does not confirm that each service is offered on site or describe staffing, schedules, or clinical arrangements. The listings likewise do not define the level of memory-related support available.
Potential living arrangements include private or semi-private rooms, one-bedroom units, and small studios; the sources do not establish which formats are currently offered. Spacious closets are also listed as a possible room feature. A directory entry mentions an ADA-compliant private bathroom and in-room emergency equipment such as pull cords. For day-to-day household routines, possible provisions include housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and dusting, linen service, and assistance with moving in. The listings do not clarify the frequency or scope of these services.
Dining-related entries describe possible chef-prepared meals, three meals a day, and a shared dining hall, with private dining and dementia-friendly menus also appearing among potential options. Possible activities include social and educational programs, scheduled events, games, computer-learning classes, and gardening. Shared spaces listed as potential amenities include landscaped walking paths, a garden, a theater room, a library or reading area, a beauty or barber shop, and a fitness area. Chapel services and resident wellness programs are also mentioned. Transportation, pharmacy services, and concierge assistance appear in one directory’s list of possible offerings; none of these details confirms current availability.

Very caring staff. Facility always clean. Warm friendly home-like setting perfect for my father's dementia. Always communicated any needs or concerns to me timely. Staff cared for him as if he was their own father, which gave me peace of mind. He was comfortable & happy. Provided compassionately for his needs through his decline & end of life. I was comforted by their compassion at his passing, and felt they genuinely grieved "Papa Joe's" passing too. I'm grateful to have had been referred to Ava Cares Assited Living Facility.
