AUS Senior Living at Bartow

We moved our parents into AUS Senior living in March of this year after realizing they needed more assistance. Unfortunately, our mom passed not long after we got them settled, due to a previous medical condition. Our dad, who suffered from Dementia, had a difficult time adjusting to his new home after losing his wife of 58 years. The staff, including the owner, were so supportive, patient, and kept our dad included in activities and loved him through his transition. They truly loved our parents from day one, and it gave us such comfort knowing that ❤️

My mom is a resident of the AUS community and I couldn't be more happier with the care that she is receiving. The enire staff is kind, patient, caring, and very attentive to all of the residents living at AUS. My mom has nothing but good things to say about the staff who looks after her each day. It feels good knowing that she is being treated well by the AUS staff. Jake, the owner, and Amanda, the Executive Director, have done a phenominal job setting high expectations for resident care and creating a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect throughout the AUS community.

I am very grateful to Ingrid for introducing us to Amanda and her great Team of staff ( too many beautiful people here to mention) at AUS Bartow. We were made to feel welcome from day one. Staff attended to my sister with the utmost kindness and compassion while she was in their Facility in July. Staff went the extra mile for her and the family; nothing was too much trouble. Care was delivered safely, was not rushed and to a high standard. Staff always took into consideration my sister's needs and preferences. Food from the kitchen was delicious ( thank you Heather and Matthew). Bree kept the Facility spotless. There are lots of activities and special events for the residents to get involved in if they wish; Rebecca is an amazing Activities Coordinator, and she is there every day during the week. Care Staff take over the activities at the weekend. The new owners, Jake and Katie are lovely and are doing a great job of refurbishing the Home. I would highly recommend this Facility to others who are looking for a Facility to place their loved one in.

Well, this may not be your normal review, but this place deserves a huge shout-out! I had the honor to be invited in to help celebrate "Christmas in July"! Santa loves to visit with young kids but I love some older kids, too! It was a fantastic experience from the beauty of the grounds, to the cleanliness of the whole interior, to the warm spirit of the whole staff and owner that I met. And one of the most delightful parts was the family involvement for the residents! So many families there and it happens all the time not just for a Santa visit! Hohoho! If you are looking for a well maintained facility, great food, and loving staff, you need to check this place out! Santa PopPop
