I want to start by thanking Joel and his wife for the exceptional care, honesty, and responsibility with which they run their ALF. My siblings and I love our mother dearly, and the decision to find a forever home for her was not an easy one. Fortunately, my husband found this place, and from the very first moment, we felt it was the right place for her. It has been 4 years, and this has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. The reviews I read were all positive and encouraging, which encouraged me to reach out. The owner, Joel, was welcoming and very helpful in providing me information and options for my father. At the moment, he participates in their daycare service. We are both very happy with the friendly and caring staff as well as with the cleanliness of the home. I had to make the difficult decision of placing my mom in an ALF. Thank God I found Assisted Living of Westchester. Joel and his Wife, the owners, made the process simple and helped guide me through the process. Not only are they extremely professional but they and the staff are loving and caring. From the beginning they have treated Mom like family. The home is very clean and has a home felling.They have been flexible with my visits because of my crazy schedule. Unfortunately we moved to Central Florida and I am taking mom with me, I wish they had another ALF here in Central Florida. I will always be thankful and appreciate all the love and caring. I recommend them to anyone that asks about a quality ALF. Thank you again for all the love and patience.
This facility was a very pleasant surprise to us. The hospitality and level of professionalism shown to us and thier elderly guest was a pleasure to observe. First thing I notice was how happy the live in guests were and all the activities they participated in. The facility was very nice and clean with plenty of sun light and light shades of colors through out the house giving you a cense of calm .I would highly recommend this facility.

I have been at Assisted Living of Westchester since January of this year, about 11 months. This was before and after knee replacement surgery. I must say that this was one of the best choices I have ever made. We looked at other similar facilities large and small but this is by far the best. The caregivers are extremely compassionate and pleasant to everyone here. They are committed to helping everyone with what they need. The place is kept spotless and all precautions to minimize and eliminate exposure to disease are followed to the letter. Everyone tries to make this a pleasant and enjoyable place to live. The management is wonderful and shows great interest in the residents well being. Birthdays are celebrated as well as holidays and other special occasions. We are a family. I will be leaving soon as my recovery is nearing completion. I will certainly miss everyone.
