She coordinated introductions with prospective facilities and, within a short period of time, we were able to select the facility that best met our family member’s complex needs. Chrissy even offered to meet another elderly family member on a tour of the selected facility, to offer her guidance and support , which was very much appreciated. Chrissy also recommended a Senior Living Mover, who was wonderful, and helped move our family member to the new facility. Chrissy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, collaborative with her partners, very communicative, empathetic, and kind. We could not have handled this situation remotely without her help and guidance.
