I'm a resident of Arietta 55+ Senior Living. It's very nice here. They take very good care of the property. My apartment is very spacious. It's over 900 square feet. It's clean and well-kept. They provide breakfast daily. The people are very nice, and everyone that I've met loves it here. There is an activity director. They have a pool, and they do aqua fitness. The gym is not great, but they have some exercises for groups in the morning. They have a bus to take people to places. They had a party Sunday night for the Super Bowl. When I moved in, my fridge wasn't working properly, and all my…

I'm a resident of Arietta 55+ Senior Living. It's very nice here. They take very good care of the property. My apartment is very spacious. It's over 900 square feet. It's clean and well-kept. They provide breakfast daily. The people are very nice, and everyone that I've met loves it here. There is an activity director. They have a pool, and they do aqua fitness. The gym is not great, but they have some exercises for groups in the morning. They have a bus to take people to places. They had a party Sunday night for the Super Bowl. When I moved in, my fridge wasn't working properly, and all my frozen food had melted. However, the moment I told them that, they switched the fridge right away, so they were very good about that. They didn't drag their feet. However, the building looks very old because they have heavy carpets and drapes. I often feel that they could have done better to make it a bit more modern.

I understand they built them as a condo and then turned them into senior living so that you get all the space that you would in the condominium. It's a rental. Arietta is a very nice place with very nice staff. The apartments are spacious. I understand they built them as a condo and then turned them into senior living so that you get all the space that you would in the condominium. It's a rental. The staff member who took me around and showed me the whole deal was extremely nice. I had a very nice time, but they don't offer assisted living and all that other stuff that you may need. The staff were very nice to talk to, and they were very pleasant and very informal compared to some of the other places where you could feel the hard sell coming at you where they were trying to sell you. They only offer continental breakfast, and I like that because I don't want to go down to the dining rooms, and I'm very careful about my diet. I try to eat the right stuff, so it allows me more control over what I eat. And if you want something, there's a supermarket that you're able to walk to from there. I thought it was a great place. It is just you have no place to go in case you need more care. But for a place to live, it came out very high on my list.

Arietta has all individual condos that you rent. If you need help, you have to hire it. I liked this facility. The people were amazing. The only thing my husband pointed out was they told us that there are only eight employees in Arietta because it's all independent living. The person who showed us around, I could easily see her as being a personal friend. That's how friendly and helpful she was. There was a lot of community and camaraderie going on there and that's wonderful. They supply the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. They had a courtyard. There was a lady out there reading when we went through. It was nice and clean.
We love living at Arietta. The staff is kind and helpful. The residents are fun, young at heart, inspiring. There are so many activities that are beneficial to us physically, socially, and mentally. A real find.
We are over joyed with our new Director! A resident of 2 1/4 years I plan to stay at Arietta forever. Hoping and praying the rent will be affordable!
Wonderful apartment size, choice and city location closest to entertainment and stores. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Since I moved in 2 1/2 years ago I've been made to feel at home. The people living here mostly are friendly and the staff has always been helpful. I've made a lot of friends!
