Arbor Terrace Cooper City

I recently had the opportunity to tour Arbor Terrace Cooper City, and I was genuinely impressed. Musi and the entire team were welcoming from the moment I arrived. As I walked through the community, every staff member I met was friendly, engaged, and took the time to interact with residents. It was clear they genuinely enjoy what they do, and I think that says a lot about the leadership and culture at Arbor Terrace. What stood out to me most was the residents. They seemed happy, comfortable, and truly at home. I was also impressed to learn about the staff's long tenure and the community's consistently high occupancy, which speaks to the quality of the community they've built. As the founder of Golden Steward, I visit senior living communities throughout South Florida, and Arbor Terrace Cooper City left a lasting impression. Thank you to Musi and the entire team for your warm hospitality and for the care and dedication you show your residents every day.

I want share a great review. Musi and Nandy are amazing. They were able to give me lots of information that I was not aware of. My sister and brother were both diagnosed with dementia. It's been such a difficult time for myself to not understand the resources and where and what to do. Both Nandy and Musi was able to give me the time and understanding of the care that my sister and brother both with Dementia are going to need. What I liked about them both was that that were not out there to push their community but I found remarkable was how they listened and was ready to give me the resources I will need. Just their voices was comforting. Thank you very much for your time.

A big thank you to Mary, Musi and Nandy for such a warm welcome to Arbor Terrace this morning. It was a nice surprise to walk in and see a welcome sign with my name on it. What stood out to me most was how much heart is in this community. Every detail reflects the care that’s put into creating a place that feels warm, welcoming and comfortable. I especially loved the patio and butterfly garden overlooking the river where residents, families and even their pets gather to enjoy a beautiful South Florida afternoon. It was wonderful to meet some of the residents, tour the living spaces and learn about all of the engaging programs and events they offer their residents. And, I was lucky enough to leave with a gift of chocolate muffins. Another thoughtful gesture that reflects the kindness and hospitality of this community.

As a local home care provider, I have the opportunity to work with many senior living communities, and Arbor Terrace Cooper City consistently stands out. The team is professional, responsive, and truly focused on the well-being of their residents. Walking around with Musi and Nandy and seeing how they know all the residents by name, shows you the level of attention they give their residents. What impresses me most is the culture they’ve created. Residents are treated with dignity and respect, families are kept informed, and the staff work collaboratively with outside healthcare providers to ensure residents receive the support they need. The community is beautiful and well-maintained, but it’s the people who make the biggest difference. They have a wall of fame highlighting all the employees who have been there for more than 5 years. The wall is filled with names and pictures. It’s always reassuring to refer families to a community where I know they’ll be welcomed and cared for by a team that genuinely puts residents first. Arbor Terrace Cooper City is a tremendous asset to the seniors and families they serve.

We recently visited Arbor Terrace Cooper City and toured apartment 118. The staff was incredibly helpful and even provided a video tour, which we really appreciated. While we loved the facility—it is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained—my mother ultimately decided she would like to stay closer to her current home and doctors. The location also makes it more difficult for other family members to visit, along with a few other logistics we are currently working through. Even though we won’t be moving forward, I’m very grateful for the kindness, time, and support we received throughout the process. Mrs.Musi and her team truly went above and beyond during a stressful time, and I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace to anyone looking for a caring and well-run community.
