She is always been there without me having to ask, which means so much to me. She has got the greatest personality of any woman I have ever met and she pushes me to my limits and I love this woman to death And I hope more people Can see this woman for what she does for them. She has got a big heart and will do anything for you at any time thank you destiny so much for being who you are your friend and patient hurricane Dane.
Tuesday night my mother fell early in the evening and had to lay on the cold floor for the entire night on the floor until a nurse came in and found her the following morning, that’s COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Considering she only has a broken hip because of your facility, she went in there walking and Now has to be in a wheelchair the rest of her life :o(
The facility is looking really good. They since I have been coming , over a year now , have remodeled it and the people are very kind. I enjoy visiting my cousin-in-law there.

I have a brother-in-law that came from shore acres when it flooded out during the storm. He's now at Apollo and does not want to go back to shore. Acres, he wants to stay at Apollo because he loves it there. Billy Edwards is my brother-in-law.
We have a new dietary manager haven't me her,but she has been getting trays on designated time a few times, I haven't called yet for a menu change I like chef salad but haven't been able to get one my fingers are crossed to see if that changes
Destiny, the concierge at Apollo is an amazing asset to this facility. She goes the extra mile to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. Her professionalism is outstanding and she really cares about the patients. She jumps right in to help when ever needed not allowing her position to hold her back. She interacts very well with everyone 👏.
Terrible you can’t get in to see people, no by picks up the phone either. I’ve been here almost an hour and pick these people up for church the least you could do is help them get what they need :o( They serve them cold breakfast undercooked, it’s terribly understaffed. Everyone is always on defense when you need anything too and then on top of all that they aren’t even giving the patients the rehab or the physical therapy nor do they let you know when the patient she major issues that you are POA of. The last few times I picked up here there was the body removal team here taking out bodies. They have no plans on reviving or helping anybody. They are only here to help drag them down and make them more dependent super sad
The very lovely lady at the desk was so helpful. She was more than happy to asst with the operations of your new system and she ensured I was conformable with the above processes. The nurses that were responsible for my mother-in-law's care were super and caring.
