From the cook, laundry and cleaning staff to the front desk. All are kind caring, emotionally supportive both with my mother and my family.
I helped place a Vietnam Vet who is a friend of mine here 2 1/2 years ago.He is not able to use the phone due to a disability. However, he asked me to say that he is very lucky to be here. He has no complaints and nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the facilities. He couldn’t have found a better home. The facility is small enough to be personal and large enough to be reasonable.
My Mom Has been a Resident at Apollo Gardens for 14 years. When my Dad Passed in 2011 she could not live alone and needed med management. Thanks to Grace and her Family and The amazing staff My mom has done so well at Apollo Gardens. I never have to worry about her safety or if she is cared for. I will be Forever grateful that I found Apollo and that my My has this wonderful place to call home where she is treated like Family and cared for as such. She Loves the food, the staff, all entertainment and the special treats. She Loves it and every one there.

My friend is at Apollo Gardens Retirement Residence and his experience has been enjoyable. It's very family-oriented and very close. They take good care of the people there. It's comfortable and clean. It's a really nice place with nice people working there. The residents are nice, too. They do a good job of keeping the place maintained and keeping it clean. They have a dining hall where everyone gathers to eat. They have doctors that come to them instead of having them go elsewhere. They can have their prescriptions delivered right there. I like the staff. They're friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about them at all. Every time we had a question, they welcomed us and walked us through anything we needed to do. My friend raves about the food. He said they give them a lot of food. They take their time with it and he's gained some weight since he's been there, so he's been enjoying it.
I appreciate the wonderful staff at Apollo Gardens. They were my piece of mind and provided around the clock care for my mother for over 13 years. The facility is clean, safe and well managed by the staff. Communication is priority for relatives and family and a personal interest is given to the resident. The experience was a blessing for my mother.
