If you’re looking for a home away from home for a loved one this is THE PLACE for you! I am a few years younger than my husband but cannot meet all his needs on my own. Walking through the door I was immediately impressed with the calm atmosphere! It is arranged as a comfortable family setting. Every staff person speaks softly and is alert to any needs the residents might have. For my husband they strengthened his self-care skills in terms of eating and hydration with gentle reminders to stay on task. He is encouraged to exercise and walk with proper support. They identified a sudden rash as shingles and got medical help for that and informed me immediately of their intervention. When I visit he is sometimes eating with everyone at the dining table or napping in a recliner just like he did at home. He has never asked to leave but says he’ll see me next time. How great is that!!!
My family needed somewhere safe, clean, and caring...we found the perfect place. The owner is EXCELLENT, CARING, with a LOVE for what she does. The staff are attentive. I'm grateful we found this home did our family.
