The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and respected. Im a doordash driver and i just delivered alcohol to one of your employees. Her name is kenya. I would be extremely concerned having loved ones in a place where staff is drinking. She reeked of liqour. Check ur staff
The rooms are small but okay. I visit my mom regularly and the floors in her room are always dirty. I bring my own mop to clean. When I see the staff, they are wonderful. However, there are times when there is no one working accept Leelee. There have been days when the cook did not show up for work and food was not served. I recommend having a mini fridge for snacks and drinks in the room.

We have been very pleased with the care of our sister in Allure of Palm Harbor. The new owners managed the transition smoothly and effectively - much effort was done to assign qualified facility management and staff to provide efficient care for the residents, 100% improvement. Calls, questions and requests were promptly responded and acted upon. The facility especially bathrooms was improved and remodeled- residents rooms and dining areas were kept clean. Most important is the improved care and attention shown by the owners and facility mgmt/staff. Our sister is in a good place.
unclean place, bottle of bed bug spray in his room, understaffed, high turnover of personnel, untrained personnel, give you lip service but no action, lack of activities director, food not of good quality and non-responsive personnel at top when you ask for calls back - do not send your loved one there.
My friend and I have been working with Cierra Franklin--the administrator at your facility. She has been wonderful--very knowledgeable and helpful. Always responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Cierra and her staff.
My Aunt Claudette was living at Angels for the last few years of her life. She was far from family and with Covid, travel to see her was impossible. The staff at Angels keep us updated. They kept her free from injury and Covid! Claudette had no complaints, she loved living there! The family would like to thank the entire staff, with an extra special thank you to Carenda Farley, Cierra Franklin, Phazya Dawson, Lyn Union and Dayna. You went above and beyond to be part of her family! Sincere thanks.
When it was clear my brother needed this kind of facility i contacted several. Angels Senior living was helpful from the first call and my choice was based on my contact with the staff at Palm Harbor , and the corporate entity. They expedited everything. I live in NYC and this was done during Covid and so it was remotel This has proved an excellent choice. The staff is excellent, caring and highly professional. They have gone way above and beyond to provide my brother with the care he needs. Whenever i have had a concern the response is prompt. I could not recommend more highly.
